Small group
Strength classes with ten people and one coach who knows your numbers. The core of the gym.
$225 to $295 a month

Los Gatos, CASince 201910 per class
Coached strength training for adults who want to lift well for the next 30 years. Ten people per class, one coach watching every rep.
Set 01/09Who it's for
Most of our members are 30 to 50. They have jobs, kids and a knee that talks back. They want a real coach and a room where someone notices if they skip.
A coach runs every class. If your knees cave on a squat, you hear about it on rep two, not month six.
Classes start at 5:30am and the last one starts at 6:30pm. Book a spot in the app and cancel up to two hours out.
We scale every lift to what you can do today, with box squats and trap bar pulls where they help. Then we build from there.
We log your lifts every week. When the numbers move, the program moves with them.

Set 03/09The method, part one
Every class has one coach whose only job is your group. With ten people max, they see every rep. They know your numbers and your old injuries, and what you lifted last Tuesday.

Set 04/09The method, part two
Training runs in 12 week blocks. Build a base, get strong, then test it. The plan says what to lift each day. Your coach changes it when work travel or a tweaked shoulder gets in the way.

Set 05/09The method, part three
Same faces, same time, every week. People notice when you skip and they yell when you pull a PR. That does more for showing up than any app reminder.

Set 06/09Results
No before and after photos here. We track what you can lift, how often you show up and how you feel doing stairs.

I quit two big gyms in five years. This is the first place where somebody actually fixed my squat. Fourteen months in and I still go three times a week.
My back used to go out every spring. Dee started me on box squats and kettlebell carries. I deadlifted my bodyweight in March.
The 5:30am class is the only hour that is mine. Ana has my numbers ready when I walk in. I just lift.
Set 09/09Free first session
You meet a coach, warm up, learn two lifts and leave with a plan. It takes about an hour. If it is not for you, no hard feelings.
